Wonershare filmora free trial

Wondershare Filmora is refusing to Refund , I accidentally purchased a Filmora product 30 minutes ago and immediately wrote to Filmora for cancellation and a refund. The reason is that the purchase was a mistake, i thought i'd be offered a 7 day trial first to test the product, but i got charged immediately. When I wrote to them, they said they wouldn't refund me because of their refund policy. But what kind of a policy is that? I haven't even used the product or plan to use it. It was a mistake.
