 Hello, everyone. I have a blunder issue with Filmora Wondershare software for PC, and there are multiple questions. There are many questions about this on the internet, but they are not found anywhere. Now, here is the complete solution to the problem. If these given steps do not work, then there is no other option available to refund your money. 

Problem that, you have using Filmora app free version where you have issue of watermark or not 4K export available in Free version. Now you think take a trial version and use for 7 days for free but when you have enabled autopay then immediate money deducted from your account. How can Filmora deducted money from your account even given 7 days free trial. Even not getting any customer support or not getting any Mail Id of the Wonder share company. Now how can we refund money.

Companies are very smart, they have shown and highlighted whatever you have attracted, and the important information that may be important or chargeable, try to explain in short, or it is written in such a place that even your gaze would not go there. Now, come to the Subscription scenario. Obviously, Filmora Wondershare is given on its website & the application that 7-day free trial. As attached image below. There is a highlighted 7-day free trial, after 7 days, money will start deducting as per the chosen plan.

Then why is money deducted by Filmora?

First of all, know why Money is deducted?

As I told you, the companies are very smart. They highlight whatever attracts you, and other details are shown in very short form or mention another place where your gaze does not go. Please see the images below of what is hidden from you or what information is hidden by the company.

In terms of conditions, they have mentioned that the Filmora software is free, but the AI Assets are chargeable, and this information is hidden in the small i button. So, money is deducted. Now the next question is how to refund your money because no helpline number is given, nor any email nor any support is provided on his website.

First of all, mail to his customer support mail ID during working hours, like from 8 AM to 5 PM, and what you have to mail is given below. You have sent this mail with the same mail ID as given below and remember one thing that mail only with a registered mail ID with Filmora software.

·       complete mail in pdf whatever you have conversation.

·       Screenshot of 7 days free trial scheme. From website & software.

·       Another screenshot which required in this case.

·       Invoice if you got from Wondershare Filmora.

Convert all files in PDF and in 3 files. Because we are filing complain on Consumer Form Online.

For convert PDF in Maximum in 3 files because there we have uploaded only 3 PDF/Photos only . So all screenshots paste in Excel/Word and convert in PDF

Now you are ready to file complaint in Consumer Form and Trust me guys it helps to refund your money Back .

I am searching for a good video editing software and found the Wondershare Filmora website & Software. I feel that it is good software for me, but when I saw the subscription charges, I changed my mind. But suddenly, I see the 7-day free trial plan. I thought that I would use 2-3 days of this software with the free trial plan, then if my experience is good, I will plan to purchase this software. So I chose the free trial plan and gave autopay permission by GPAY as usual, as needed for the free trial. But I saw they deducted money, 4935.53 rupees, from my account. I tried to connect help centre,   that why charged before the 7-day free trial. His reply,

I was shocked not even show any other option to contact any customer service. Not even given a single mail ID to mail my concern to his helpline number. I have searched on Reddit's name website where I found an email address, and I was shocked to see that this issue happened with multiple people.  In conclusion, I saw that the software says we are providing a free subscription,   but AI assists are chargeable. Dear Sir, If AI assets are Chargeable, then why are you posting & advertising a 7-day free trial? It's cheating. Dear Sir, I request that you please help to refund my money from Filmora Wonder share. I have not used any AI Credits & software & nor use them in the future. My Filmora Use ID - 84y34y543543y53v. Further details, such as screenshots & Invoic,e I have attached with this mail
